Alliant Communities creates affordable homes for families, seniors, teachers and school district staff, veterans, and other low-income populations through new construction, acquisition/rehab, and adaptive reuse of existing properties. To accomplish this, our team of deeply experienced experts secures highly competitive low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), which we frequently combine with tax-exempt bonds and other Federal, state, and local subsidies. With decades of experience, our team members have successfully financed, built, and created new homes for thousands of our most vulnerable neighbors across California and beyond.
