Sang Park

Sang Park serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions at Alliant Communities, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily and affordable housing investments. Mr. Park brings a strong track record in acquisitions, asset management, and value creation across diverse property types. Prior to joining Alliant, Mr. Park held senior acquisitions and asset management roles, where he gained extensive experience across all phases of the acquisition process, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution. He is skilled in market analysis, deal structuring, and coordinating with lenders, legal teams, and local stakeholders to close complex transactions. Mr. Park earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
