Evan Halteman

Evan Halteman is the Vice President of Accounting at Alliant Communities. In his role, he oversees the financial operations of all assets under management.  Prior to joining Alliant, Evan served as the Controller at Sila Realty Trust, Inc., where he oversaw the property accounting department and functions for the company’s $2.5B in assets under management.  Evan holds an MBA with an emphasis in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Juniata College.
