Nancy Que

ancy leads the Asset Management department and oversees all investment asset from pre-closing of the acquisition through disposition. She works closely with Acquisitions and Finance team to ensure that a comprehensive business plan is established and followed, and that property performance metrics are tracked and reported internally and to investors on a timely basis. 

Nancy also manages Alliant Communities Affordable Preservation’s operational systems, processes, and infrastructure and is responsible for the development, implementation, and review of operational policies and procedures.

Additionally, Nancy manages Investments’ relationship with our non-profit and third-party service providers for the properties in our portfolio and works directly with current and prospective investors. Nancy also develops and implements Alliant Strategic Investments’ ESG program and oversees ESG reporting. 

Prior to joining Alliant Strategic Investments, Nancy was the Vice President of Mortgage Operations with Bank of America. Her extensive experience includes over two decades of oversight in acquisitions, marketing, and syndication operations across LIHTC, financial, government and procurement organizations.
