Caleb Foraker

Caleb Foraker is AC Preservation’s Asset Manager specializing in LIHTC and Section 8 investments, overseeing a portfolio of nine multifamily communities across multiple U.S. markets. He focuses on portfolio management, performance optimization, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging financial modeling and data-driven strategies to maximize asset value.

Caleb’s ability to integrate financial analysis with real estate operations allows him to develop proactive asset management strategies that support investors and stakeholders in achieving their financial and operational goals.

Prior to his current role, Caleb served as an Asset Manager at Lincoln Avenue Communities, where he managed affordable housing investments and executed financial strategies to enhance portfolio performance. Before that, he worked as an Analyst at JRK Property Holdings, focusing on financial modeling and market analysis for multifamily assets. Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA.
